Lawyer Francesco Ceccarelli

Francesco has obtained his Italian Law Degree at the University of Urbino (Italy).
Since 2000 he has regularly participated in seminars and training courses in International Trade Law and international payments organized by accredited entities and organizations.
In 2009 he obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) at the University of Westminster in London.


Since 2000 Francesco mainly deals with acquisitions, incorporation and start-up of foreign companies, joint venture operations, international commercial contracts and financial security instruments such as bank guarantees and letters of credit.
He has a considerable experience in international arbitrations, assisting clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitral proceedings at the principal arbitration courts (ICC, LCIA, International and National Arbitral Chamber of Milan and BeiiCI of Minsk).
Francesco assists clients and routinely provides advice to Italian and foreign companies which operate at international level and delivers in house training on international contracts and foreign investments.
He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and training courses in these subjects at the CCIAA and Confindustria, ICE (Istituto Commercio Estero) and ICC (Camera di Commercio Internazionale).


Francesco routinely advises clients in Italian and English.
