Francesco Ceccarelli focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised major domestic and international industries in acquisitions and sales of shareholdings and companies operating in different areas. In 2022 and 2023, he was honored as the Best M&A Lawyer of the Year by Legal Community and Le Fonti. He also has extensive experience in international arbitrations having assisted the firm’s clients in ad hoc arbitration proceedings at major international arbitration chambers (ICC in Paris, LCIA in London, BellCCI in Minsk, National and International Arbitration Chamber in Milan, etc.). He graduated in Law from the University of Urbino and later completed an LL.M. in International Commercial Law at the University of Westminster, London. He is a member of the Pesaro Bar Association. Francesco practices in both Italian and English.
