Michele Coloccini focuses on corporate law, corporate governance,M&A and private equity transactions and also advises on commercial contracts. He has assisted major national and international industries in acquisitions and sales of shareholdings and companies operating in different areas. He collaborates on a regular basis with the Faculty of Law of the University of Urbino as lecturer for the chairs of International Law and European Union Law. Michele graduated in Law, magna cum laude, from the University of Urbino in 2014 and has been a member of the Pesaro Bar Association since 2018. He holds master’s degrees in Corporate Law and in M&A and is currently attending the Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Corporate & Commercial Law at King’s College, London. He practices in Italian and English.
