Nicolas Martuncelli focuses on domestic and international commercial contracts, international trade law, and international litigation and arbitration and assists Italian and foreign companies operating internationally.
Nicolas is a speaker at conferences on international contracts and foreign investments and provides training, also in-house, to companies, Confindustria and other trade bodies and associations.
He lectures at the University of Urbino for the Chair of International Law and European Union Law.
He is Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group at Confindustria Romagna.
In 2016, Nicolas graduated in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and in 2018, he earned an Executive Master’s Degree as “Business Lawyer” at MeliusForm Business School.
In 2021, he completed a Master’s degree in “Corporate Law” at the 24 ORE Business School.
He was admitted to practice at the Bologna Court of Appeals and is a member of the Rimini Bar Association.
He practices in Italian and English.
