Ylenia Barbieri focuses her practice on civil, corporate, commercial and bankruptcy law as well as civil and criminal litigation.
She holds a Double Degree cum laude in French-Italian Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna and from the Université Paris X in Paris, He received a second-level European Master’s degree from the Université Paris X in Criminal Law, with full marks.
During her legal practice, she collaborated with law firms in Rimini and Pesaro specializing in criminal law and corporate criminal law, and also carried out the training internship ex art. 73 d.l. 69/2013 at the Court of Pesaro, working alongside a civil and later bankruptcy magistrate.
In 2020, she qualified as a lawyer and continues her education by participating in training courses in order to take the Judiciary Bar Exam.
