The Firm’s professionals assist companies on a daily basis on issues of customs legislation, origin of goods and international transport.
In particular, the Firm offers the service of filling out the Intrastat forms necessary for companies that carry out intra-EU transactions, deals with customs classification of products belonging to any commodity sector and assists companies in obtaining the status of Authorized Exporter, AEO and Registered Exporter (REX), proposing the improvements and arrangements necessary for their achievement.
The Firm also handles Export Control and the drafting of Internal Compliance Procedures.
In the field of international transportation, the Firm is involved in drafting and negotiating transport contracts, with particular attention to the choice of the correct Incoterms® in relation to the other elements of the individual transaction, the compiling of transport documents such as CMR and DDT, the management of sender and shipper responsibilities of the goods, the drafting of letters of release, etc.
