The firm assisted G&G Investimenti in the acquisition of 100% of Euroteam and its subsidiary EdiConsul, companies specializing in software for the professional publishing sector. As part of the transaction, the firm assisted the acquiring company in the negotiation and drafting of the purchase agreement as well as in defining stability pacts with key managers and employees of the two acquired companies.
