The firm assisted the Schnell Group, a world leader in the sector of automatic machines for the processing of reinforced concrete iron, for the production of welded mesh and management software for shaping centers, in the acquisition of a majority stake in AWM, a company active in the production of machinery for prefabrication. The firm assisted the acquiring Group in the negotiation and drafting of the purchase agreement, the shareholders’ agreements, and the ancillary agreements, including the definition of certain directorship agreements with selected AWM managers to ensure the profitable continuity of business operations.
