Ceccarelli e Silvestri and Watson Farley & Williams in the acquisition of Ultramar Caffè

The firm and Watson Farley & Williams assisted the shareholders of Ultramar Caffè, a well-known coffee roasting company based in Fano (PU), in favor of La Natura Lifestyle Holding, a Liechtenstein-based company active in the foodtech sector. As part of the transaction, the firm negotiated and drafted the share transfer agreement, as well as the new employment contract under which one of the managers of Ultramar Caffè will continue to perform his duties for the company.
