Ceccarelli e Silvestri in the agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in STS
The firm assisted the Poggioli family in the internationalization process of STS Srl, a company specializing in the design, construction, sale, and installation of machinery for industrial plant treatment, by selling a majority stake to the Chinese group Jinan Yiheng Technology. As part of the transaction, the firm provided assistance in the negotiation and drafting of the share purchase agreement, the shareholders’ agreement, and all other ancillary agreements.
