Ceccarelli e Silvestri in the agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in Vetroplast
The firm assisted the Sisi family in the sale of a majority stake in Vetroplast Srl, one of the leading operators in Italy and abroad in the production and marketing of metal bins for solid and differentiated waste, to the OMAS group, a leader in the precision mechanics sector. The transaction was completed following the spin-off of certain non-strategic assets by Vetroplast.
