Emanuele Silvestri focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, M&A and private equity transactions. He has advised major domestic and international industries in acquisitions and sales of shareholdings and companies operating in different areas. He also has extensive experience in international arbitrations having assisted the firm’s clients in ad hoc arbitration proceedings at major international arbitration chambers (ICC in Paris, LCIA in London, BellCCI in Minsk, National and International Arbitration Chamber in Milan, etc.). He graduated in Law from the University of Urbino and is a member of the Pesaro Bar Association. Emanuele practices both in Italian and English.
